How do I become a member of Appearance Club?

Where can I see my balance?
You can see your balance by logging into your profile. Go to Log In
How do I use my points?
With your points you can buy discount codes or vouchers for your future purchases.
You can also use your points as a cash discount on your purchases, where 1 point = 1 kr.
Can I use my points in the store?
Yes, you can use your points on purchases both online and in-store.
Can I use my points with other discounts?
No, it is not possible to use your points together with other discounts.
Can I use my points to purchase gift cards?
Can I transfer points to others?
No, it is not possible to transfer your points to others.
Do my points expire?
Your points expire 12 months after the last action. This means that your points will expire if you have not made a purchase or other action that issues points within 12 months.
What happens to my points upon return?
If you return an order for which you have earned points, those points will be deducted from your balance again. If you only return individual products from your purchase, only the points from the returned items will be deducted from your balance.
If you return items from a purchase where you used your points, your points will be returned to your balance so you can use them again.
Can I get my points paid out?
No, it is not possible to get your points paid out as a cash amount.
What happens to my points if I change my email?
If you change your email address, our customer service can help you transfer your points to your new email address. Write to: kundeservice@appearance.dk
Can I unsubscribe from Appearance Club again?
Yes, you can unsubscribe from Appearance CLub at any time. Simply contact our customer service by email: kundeservice@appearance.dk
Please note that you will lose all earned points by opting out.
